They're the same morons who don't understand a dev team ain't just going to drop a game they've been working months/years on just cause shiny new hardware came out 
making games takes a lot of effort. You're not gonna just drop everything just cause new stuff is out... however, there are people out there who just don't get it. Other times certain games just can't be made for the Switch or other consoles. Not all 3DS games are gonna work on the Switch, that's a fact.
Some people don't realize there are many factors involved, hardware, software, PR-wise, financially, etc for these sorts of decisions. And it's at times like these where Im grateful they have no control over Nintendo or any other major dev/company.
