Even though I did not vote for Trump for a lot of reasons, I am actually hopeful that he gets a full term. My reason is that I want to actually see if he can turn it around or is there a new low he can go and his base still support him. I have a few friends who has voted for him that think very highly of him and believe he is doing a great job. They believe liberals and Democrats are hampering Trump and that anything that is not positive is fake news.
I want Trump to accomplish with this Republican congress everything he wants. This way if it a success, I can smile and say I was wrong and if its a disaster, I do not have to hear again how great Trump is anymore and we can move on from this chapter.
