Well, actually there is something worthwile: the feeling of accomplishment. But you need no useless medal or internet brag statue for it.

The question is what reward you expect. For some it's totally sufficient to know you find all of them, others perhaps want a reward. The question is what happens to people emotionally when they get the "reward" for finding all 900 seeds.
