I don't really want to start the conspiracy theory talk but if you're referring to Vince Foster... He's a childhood friend of Bill and there's been speculation for years that he was killed as a warning to the Clintons to back off. Now that story seems to be quite different now that Hillary is running. It's a very curious case indeed.

Five different investigations came to the conclusion that he commited sucide that is pretty much the end of that story, unless you are a tin foil hat wearing Alex Jones loving snake oil consuming conspiracy nut.
