Everyone is blaming the loss on the fact that it's a mobile game, but Pokemon GO's decline is mostly due to all of the bugs and glitches present with the game (most notably, the tracker issues). Niantic really needs to get it together before the decline continues

I think its the games shallowness and design that are the reasons. Compared to real Pokemon games, it's about as deep as a puddle of water. There's simply not much to do in it and it gets old quickly. Then, there's the whole issue of having to freakin' drive and walk all over the place to catch things. I mean, what the hell were they thinking? People aren't going to play this game once the weather gets really cold. In Chicago, it can get below zero for months. No one is going to walk around in sub-zero weather, fighting hypthermia and snow drifts to catch make believe monsters.

It's just a bad concept over all.
