NeoGAF owner Tyler Malka recently said that over 70% of the people who visit NeoGAF adblock it.
With rates that high for places like NeoGAF, it's no wonder that ioi wants to profit as much as he can before Adblock rates reach 100% and this site starts losing money.
Just use Adblock+NoScript or become a Supporter if you care about the site. Those are the only two reasonable solutions to this dilemma as I agree....browsing this site with its ridiculously invasive ads is just downright unpalatable.
