This new direction should show more shades of him and that really interests me because kratos is a fascinating character. 

That was good but the scene didnt feel like God of War and the combat in a way. Im not gonna dismiss it til i see more though.

It definitely a change which some people might not like but you never know, there could be sections that zoom out for big fights and go back to traditional GoW action.
