It depends on how many of the sales came from bundles. If the game sells decently but only decently, there's a good chance it did as well as it did mostly because of the bundle. Even people originally not interested in a game might end up buying it if it looks even half-interesting, because it'll be good value in a bundle. Of course if a game sells a lot, the bundle probably didn't have much effect on its sales (with the possible exception of the effect of a holiday season).
