There are no specific figures I want to point out with this post, I just want to make you aware of the BIU sales awards, which is a German award for game sales.

I don't understand German either, but it's pretty easy to figure out what it says (You get the games title, the games publisher, then the amount of copies sold, and finally which platform). They give awards both for sales on a single platform and for sales on all platforms. It'll also specify if digital is included or not.
Keep in mind that it gives awards for milestones, and that a game that receive the 200k award one month might still be just below the 500k milestone, thus missing the 500k award.
