Actually you did.

Third parties switched to Sony during the PS1-PS2 era despite the N64 and GC being more powerful. So you know, your argument doesn't make sense. The reason why third parties made the switch to Sony had to do with the CD driver and the fact that Nintendo wasn't very lenient with third party studios in the past.
