Smeags is head mod. Although I think Trucks is co-head mod or assistant head mod.

The head mod position is shared by Smeags, axumblade and me. It's a structure we've put in place to spread the weight of the role on many shoulders. Also, it allows for decisions to be made even when someone is absent.
