FF, RE, GTA, One Piece Pirate Musou, MGS, GT, Hot Shots Golf, Dragon's Dogma, Tales of X, Yakuza, COD, SF, Warriors, Dark Souls, MH, PES and a few more.
For Wii there are the usual suspects that sold more than 0.5 millions in Japan:
MK, SSBB, M Party, Animal C, SMG, LoZ, DKC, Kirby, Wario, M&S Olympics, DQ & MH.
Wii ended up above 12 million consoles sold and PS3 above 10 millions.

Wii U is still waiting for Zelda and Animal Crossing (and a possible 3D Mario).
NSMBU, SM3DW, MK8 & SSB all sold over 0.5 millions.
PS4 is waiting for FF, RE, MGS, GT, MH.
PES, GTA, Yakuza, COD & Warriors sold extremely bad in Japan.
OT: Both will sell extremely bad and will end upp almost the same, lower than 5 millions.
