I skimmed through the Forum Rules and when I came across the avatar picture rules, I was confused:

"Avatars cannot exceed a 1:2.25 (4:9) width-to-height ratio. Ex. If the width of your avatar is 200 pixels, the height can be no more than 200 x 2.25 = 450 pixels." (Forum Rule #5)

I understand that the ratio must be 4:9 or smaller, but when the example says the 450pi, does that mean that the picture must be equal or smaller in size? (2.25pi is EXTREMELY small, so...)

Other than this, it doesn't really say if there is a size limit so for example, if I had a 2000x3000pi picture, it would still be within the 4:9 ratio, but is that acceptable? Also, Sig GIFs are limited to 1.5MB each (?) so is there a byte size limit to pictures?

Sorry about all the questions, don't want to be banned within a few days of joining o.O
