Not a PDP fan in the slightest, but I do agree with him.
Some parts of the policy seem sketchy though, like the approval period and such. This may or may not be used by Nintendo but could easily be abused by other devs if this becomes the new norm.
I also heard really old games are listed in the policy (cant confirm since I havent read it) but NES/SNES/N64 games are listed in the policy somehow? o~o c'mon Nintendo, some of those games are 30+ years old XD With GC games I can SORTA understand, but NES/SNES era shit..?
