What unannounced Wii U titles are coming?

No chance. If they were even thinking about it Wii U would have gotten a port of RE REmake or RE Revelations 2 instead of being blanked by Capcom on both. 

Everyone makes a big stink about EA and other Western devs ignoring the Wii U, but they actually gave it a chance, Japanese devs like Capcom really did not unless you count two 3DS ports as trying. Konami, Square-Enix, etc. same story.
