I love Dan Adelman interviews. He always has something insightful to share.
What he said about Nintendo's power structure is what we've suspected all along. I find the lack of self-awareness and "pride and tradition before reason" philosophy absolutely amazing sometimes, especially when the obvious answers are staring you in the face. However, cultural norms are a powerful thing, and we often find ourselves slave to them.
I wonder how much of a different company Nintendo will be once the old guard moves on.
