You know, I said this earlier. I really don't get why so many people are finding this hard to grasp. It's not just spurge that doesn't get what the extensions do, it's Nickles and stefl too. Really anyone voting for the extensions at this point just didn't pay attention. Except maybe Nickles, knowing him, an oversight like this might be a gambit of his.
