Sigh, I'm back. Sorry I've been away so long. Life in the real world is falling apart for me. A lot of this is due to midterms. I've been pulling allnighters doing all sorts of midterm assignments and preparing for tests, because I'm behind. I'm supposed to graduate this semester, and if I fail any classes, which I'm about to, there's no more money for another semester. I got a little to into this game the first day, and between it and the new Smash was pretty irresponsible with my time. All the stress has put a strain on my relationship as well. If this wasn't the Smash flavor I've been requesting since before the Starcraft game, I'd have asked for a replacement by now. Midterms are mostly over, so I'm back now, but I don't know if I'll stay, as the girlfriend is sick of me playing mafia. I do think I might have something to contribute today, if you'll listen for a second.
Congrats Smeags, you certainly were an amusing jester. I wish I'd been around to take my vote off, but oh well, you earned that win. You certainly enhanced the flavor.
It seems to me that there are either two mafias, a mafia and an SK, or a mafia that can kill two people at night. The latter seems way overpowered, even if the 2nd kill is X-shot. I don't think we have enough suspects for a second mafia, so I'm leaning towards an SK.
To those accusing me: Think back to day one. I tunneled Khan. Look at my initial reasoning however, and you'll see it was based on his play seeming scummy. Even Nickles said so. There was genuine logic to my suspicions. It made sense for me to go after him. After he revealed as cop, I should have stopped, but I told myself he might be lying to save his ass. Now tell me, would a godfather continue tunneling the cop? Lead the cop's lynch, when the cop wants to scan him and clear him? No, he'd switch so he could take advantage of his godfather role. Instead, I determinedly went after him, risking all credibility on the hope that I was right. Straight up unto the end, even after it was too late to turn back, you can see me state my confidence that Khan was the right choice. I genuinely believed he was scum until he cleared me. But his merely saying I was town would just have a 50-50 chance, it wouldn't have cleared him in my mind, but I had more reason than that.
I am Mr. Game & Watch, town voyeur. It's a rather useless role, but the wiki says it's useful for confirming powers. The flavor is that I, er...am literally a voyeur. That is, I do my neutral A attack, where he pumps his tube of insecticide, but it's not a tube of insecticide. Prof has a sense of humor. In addition, I can choose to use my two-dimensionality, which makes me turn sideways and become intangible, and thus untargetable, so basically a commuter effect, but this is x-shot. I watch what is done to people, not who does it. The first night, I watched myself but did not use the 2-D effect. I was indeed investigated. Khan is most definitely a cop, the flavor matched and everything. I stopped suspecting him because I had fairly hard evidence that he was telling the truth.
I don't know what spurge did last night, but he didn't target Khan. I did, and there was no tracking performed on Khan. He may have been roleblocked, or bussed, or otherwise redirected, or perhaps Khan's immunity influenced things, but from my perspective, and according to the logic of Occam's razor, spurge looks like scum. If you're not spurge, I apologize, but this is what I have seen...and fapped to.
Now if you'll excuse me, the girlfriend is very upset. She took her clothes off and I continued playing this damn game. I'll be back tomorrow at some point. Ask what questions you have of me until then, I'll do my best to answer them. For now, I've a woman that needs my attention.
