How do you quantify "best games"

From video games fans. People who just happen to play a system for its games, not for its brand.

For videogame fans it's not going to be all one sided, talk about talking for everyone. Plenty of multi console owners that would disagree.

Give me names then. Make a list. Talk about talking for everyone, N-fans nowadays are kinda forced to have another console or a PC, therefore would admit this or that game that isn't on their system is great.
Oh tastes are different ? Oh yeah that's right, but if a game is a must play masterpiece, it is a must play masterpiece. If it's a goat simulation sold at an outrageous price, it's a goat trap.

Yeah all WiiU owners own a PC or another console ... that is some incredibly weak reasoning, especially expecting people to be unbias. Just declaring Nintendo have the best games is hilarious in itself.

Saying the PS4 or XBone has the best games is even more hilarious, being you can usually get the same games on either system. Hardly a selling point for why someone "needs" one or the other.
