Can I be one of those fanboys? It was downgraded. 
but not through graphics.
Sony created a heavenly game. Heaven can not be fully accomplished with hardware. Hardware has no soul. To accomplish the true essence of heaven, the body must not be tied down to physical things. It was downgraded to portray what the Gods can fully give us at this point in time.
