#1 Look at the userscore. It's above that. #2 It's a 78, in the "good" range. #3 It has 75 critic reviews. That's a LOT. #4 it has more than the normal amount of user scores (234).
I would say it would be really hard to find a similarly selling game with as many critic and user reviews (as well as the score being quite decent).
