Instead of cloud streaming, we will likely see even more of what happened this gen - multiple games combined and repackaged as ps4/x1 games, or maybe eventually available for download. Honestly I prefer it this way, watching live streaming events is a real pain for me with the interruptions (I eventually gave up on watching all of sony's gamescom converage because of these) but this way is better.
