IMO, nothing would cement how much MS is changing their ways as much as good old fashioned employment terminations.
Who do you want to get the boot? The Don? Yusuf Mehdi? Phil Spencer? Hryb? (I mean he's harmless but lets fire his ass anyway) Or maybe that mysterious person(s) behind the XBox Support twitter? Steven Spielberg? Someone else? EVERYONE?
Or do you want to give everyone a second chance?
