I'm fine with it not having a weather cycle. But at least it should have had a day and night cycle and nighttime racing since Forza Horizon had that and Turn 10 helped out with that game. Also the game has working headlights which can be seen in the reveal trailer so its pretty stupid to not include nighttime races.
