No. Because this isn't really news. They've long said it will be up to the publishers but that they, themselves, would impose no sort of DRM. Thus, it's not news at all.

'Sides, it's the same function as on PS3. 

My concern is that, unlike with the PS3, as it's a standard on the Xbone it'd just be easier to copy it across to the PS4. I expect EA and a few others to do this. Others may then follow suit.
