Sony lost exclusivity yes, but its not like the games were cancelled on the PS3 and then moved to 360 (unless I am forgetting one). So....no it doesn't matter at all. Companies make more profit, more people play the game.
I admit the whole timed exclusive thing can be a bit annoying (CoD, GTA) but it always ends up on both platforms anyway. Also that now kind of goes both ways with ACIII having the PS3 exclusive DLC right now.
