660 ti is better and more expensive than his 570.

660, not 660 Ti. Less expensive and less powerful.

See edit. His 570 is 199 with mail in rebate. It doesn't matter much though. The 660 uses less power and produces less heat if that matters to him. But, is a bit less powerful.
