Killer Instinct trademark application/renewal refused by the USPTO

I think they would make a new one, but it would be a 10-15 dollar XBLA game. There is no way they would release a 60 dollar KI game after it has been away for so long. I also don't think their is a base that warrants a retail release anyways.
