I haven't played Deus Ex, due to personal trifles with design decisions. You could very well be right. I also left out Dragon Age which I personally think does the choices the BEST. I was simply naming a few of the games that I think started this trend. If anything I think that crown belongs to Bioware. I mean sure many older PC games have been allowing play how u want styles but It wasn't really until this gen they began to incorperate game/character altering decisions.
