Sadly PS4 won't be able to do this as the 3D spec doesn't support 1080p anything over HDMI. 1080p @ 24fps for bluray is max it can do. Only connection allowing for 1080p 3D gaming is dual link DVI. Also, even if magically they decided to include a Dual Link DVI port on some new TVs, there is no way in hell next gen will be able to do 1080p 3D @60 fps with an AMD APU. You'd need a latest Intel i5 and a GTX 680 to do that. Otherwise, carry on with rumors... |
Thats not a rumor. They are reporting on the second version of the dev kit and it leaked and the third version of the dev kit is set for Janurary.
