PS4 - Time for a Redesigned Controller At Long Last?

I don't use the d pad for very much, but I imagine heavy usage is rough. Nintendo's d pad is the best but they have that patented. And lets be honest the d pad on the 360 is absolute garbage. I also think the psp d pad is sonys best, it is not raised as much and isn't as rough on the thumb.
