PS4: What are the rumoured specs capable of?

If this is true it sounds like the PS4 is not much more powerful than the PS3, which is not very surprising. Since the Wii U is apparently one Wii duct taped together, it was basically inevitable that Sony would choose to copy Nintendo yet again innovate in this direction.
