I am not that familiar with US Taxes. Do I get this right that they have to say good bye to the opportunity to save taxes for future profits?!

The German translation varies from "Steuererleichterung" to "Steuergutschrift", which are totally different. Would be nice if you guys could explain this. Maybe even give the right translation.
