Everything seemed to come to a head with studio GM Aaryn Flynn getting involved. After one user called Hepler "the cancer that is killing BioWare," Flynn retorted by calling him a "fucking moron."
Classic. 
This really does make gamers look pathetic, but to be honest, the majority of gamers ARE pathetic. Games are never going to be taken as seriously as other types of media with idiots like this representing us.
