Breast implants sometimes look good, but they don't feel right. Yes, I have touched fake boobs.
I definitely like the big boobies though.
What I don't understand though are girls that decide to get implants that don't get them that big. What's the point? Go super size if you're going to do it.
So, to answer you question... I prefer natural ones that are large.
