Also, I can't forget the time when a staff member at GAME told another customer that Nintendogs didn't exist and that she must have been thinking of 'Nintendo's Dogz'. I find it hard to believe that anybody at any gaming store would deny the existance of Europe's best selling DS game (12.42m atm). That takes gaming ignorance to a whole new level.
