Indeed he is, that's basically where the Japanese market is right now.

Personally though I'm wondering why they're talking to more home console developers rather than the typical portable game developers... It makes no sense to get opinions from mostly home console devs, the portable game devs will obviously be concerned about development costs, as many complained about the PSP.  In all honesty they're probably pissed at both NGP and 3DS and will be sectioned off to the downloadable games area.  

Also why did these guys not say anything critical on the system?  Seems like it was just a few questions posed to get positive feedback and nothing else, which is a wasted interview (with so many top devs) if you ask me.
