I agree that day one lynching has a high chance at hitting town, thus benefitting mafia. There are some set-ups which nearly require a day one lynch even should it turn mislynch, but I care not to speculate on that in a game of this size especially without knowing the number of night kills we'll be facing.
I do think that there's still some information that can be gleaned at this point. Three[now two] people have yet to make a single post, though unless someone slips up at this point I think I'll merely have suspicions to check on in the following phases rather than evidence to make someone a lynch candidate. And so:
