What Five Characters Should Be Incorporated Into The Next Mario Kart Game?

I would really like to see the Koopa kids in the next Mario Kart game. I know that is seven characters and I'm supposed to suggest five, however, because they are such an important part in the Mario series, I think they should certainly be in there. Well, or a least just a few of them anyway.
