mhm.. I see.. IF There's a lot of demand for selnor I'll add him in.
One of the rules are that if you want to nominate someone into the top 40, I need 5 requests for every different user, once that happens they are added in, so it could be the top 45. The more the better!
In the mean time vote someone down, just follow the voting process!
