Why has Japanese 3rd party support almost completely ceased for the Wii?

Seems like this Year Sony might have to keep the PS3 attractive all by themselves with GT5, (Sorry, I don't actually know what 1st party Japanese oriented games Sony has coming out, but can we just assume that I wrote them here), because there's about nothing from the 3rd parties that could move any hardware or become a big hit.
