Well who wouldn't want to be as popular as Lightning =P
Seriously though if you looked at the list, you'd see that the chocies were based on what the characters did in their games and their backstories and how they relate to the games stories as well as their personalities, since FFXIII hasn't even been released yet I don't see how Lightning could make a best character list.

I've read them but I don't think what was given in the novels were enough to put her anywhere on a best chraters list, and yea shes pretty hot though i hate her English Voice Actor.
