Contacted Sony on February 18th for the extra case & screws, Sony replied back saying they would ship them to me. As it turns out, as of 2 days they are on back order. Any else have any problems getting a replacement case & screws from Sony? It's closing in on a month since i've contacted Sony & they haven't even shipped mine
