Do you think Sony expected to be close to Microsoft this holiday? I would say yes. Don't forget Sony touting LBP as a system seller etc.
Sony got kicked real hard this holiday. Just recheck the numbers. 1 Million overshipping is definitely not out of the question, and then we have 1 million PS3's on shelves, which is not ridiculous.
Last year Sony also channel stuffed in Q3 btw.
