^Actually the Arabs that were living inside the borders of the new nation of Israel didn't even have to leave (and many of them didn't) but they were tricked by other Arabs to leave, as Comrade explained above.
The point is that after so much time has passed, all other nations over the world have accepted territory relocations like this in the past - except for Palestininan Arabs and all the rabid left-wingers over the world that are fighting for their cause.
