Dfend Reloaded is pretty good. Actually, it's probably far better than the other one, in terms of what it does for you. It allows you to set the Dosbox.conf file for each individual game with a simple Windows clickable interface.
Then, it displays each game/program you add in a simple alphabetical list with a small icon next to it.
It's very nicely done. Probably the most useful frontend you'll find.
