Most of you guys would probably happily pay $200 for some stupid Zelda special edition with a super special plastic sword for little baby kids, judging by the amount of Nintendo fanboys around here.
Major difference being nintendo wouldn't release a "Game" with specials for 200$. They might release a collections edition but I don't think I've ever seen them throw it in with the game, it's usually purchased individually. They do have a Zelda sword/Shield 1/6 scale replica(very nicely done actually) but I believe it only cost 35 or 25$ and came with a music CD it didn't come with a game and double the price.
