What is taking you this long?

I don't how you do it you people, I need some time before completing the game.

Just take your time with the game man, I always find that it's the most fun to play a game when you are relaxed and not rushing through it!

Plus, you're pictures are sick, and I'd hate if you stopped taking them just to finish the game faster

install base arguments are so flawed that they are rather pointless. wii had a 5-6x the install base for sequels of mario galaxy, and zelda, and they both sold much worse then there predecessors.

a lot of sequels on Wii did worse.

But the real install base of the Wii was 30-40 M maximum. Not 100M.

60-70% of the Wii consumers were not video game players.

Man they were so wrong and me too. lol.
3.3M in 3 days and Benji from era is hyping the 2nd week+ of Spiderman.
It looks like it has awesome legs.
And by looking at the 2nd week of UK chart and MC. Yeah I am sure it's having great legs.

eh when galaxy 2 released it was near 70 million, and it was at 80 million when zelda sky sword released, main point is install base argument is pointless, you can have maybe 24-34 million ps4 owners that just buy ps4 for fifa or cod.  spiderman sales are amazing and so are were mario's regardless of install base.

Thank you guys.

Great game 10/10 from me

Massive. I wonder how much PS4's have been sold with the bundle.

And why using wikipedia classification plus lumping such diverse games together is logical?

Because it's not in anyway close to being the point of my post. I'd just be wasting time trying to sort them myself. Match them however you want.

The point is, I (ME, PERSONALLY) hope to see a game like Ape Escape, Legend of Dragoon, Forza Horizon, or something entirely new as one of Sony's next projects.

Well the list you have put up looks very impressive but in all of those genres, the number of games sony has this gen is so much less than the ps3. So i would really like sony to focus AAA love and money into these games.

A good FPS is a no-brainer. I agree with you about the jrpg. And i would lime more R&C totake care of the platform genre. For open world racers-sony made a mistake in shutting down Evolution Studios. Barring Driveclub, they had been doing pretty well in this department.

I'm sad about Evolution as well. Driveclub being the best looking game ever, those devs were f-ing magicians.

Agree about the FPS. If given as much attention and love as e.g. God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn, it'd be really interesting to see them tackle the FPS genre again.

Understood your point =]

Driveclub do a good job on the simcade area, and I really don't like open world game so no need for a openworld racer for me, but I can understand why someone would want one since there isn't any really great one available on PS4. The other games listed yes I don't remember any AAA exclusive on their shape.

I was just joking man. I was enjoying so much that I played all my free time during the week and then sank on the game from Friday 6pm to Monday 3 a.m

I was just joking with him. I didn't rush, but surely played non-stop for a full week (about 40h).

I don't know why people still insist on userbase being the major point. Unless attach ratio is over 50% or at least 33% then userbase wasn't really what limited the sales (we can even see that the attach ratios are much higher when the userbase is smaller, but the total sold is quite stable).

The only other situation I would consider userbase as relevant (when not talking about multiplats) is when 2 games sales are quite close and then perhaps if the userbase was doubled the lead could change.

This is simply a perfect example of how things can be twisted to fit one's argument.

Usually, Nintendo fans mock people that point out that Wii was a fad as the majority of its sales came from non-gamers that left the system in favor of mobile gaming.
