Uh, FFXI, Shadowrun, Universe at War and Lost Planet are already crossplatform. Monster Hunter Freedom Online will be down the line. I'm sure there are others.

They actually have an XNA tool (XACT) for authoring crossplatform play in the 360 SDK.
