Also, I'm pretty comfortable lynching Hatmoza now. Role claiming townie first day and there aren't that many votes against you yet. It may seem like a basic role but you gotta understand that townies can be targetted by most roles out there. Any anti-roles now view you as "easy target A". Are you worth defending as apposed to any one else? No. Also, the mafia that may have killed you might consider you a none threat for now and choose to kill you later on and hunt for bigger fish.

Quoting this for SciFiBoy.

YES. We should lynch Hatmoza.

we should lynch people we have good reason(s) to think are mafia...

I can see why he would be less worth defending than someone you think or has claimed to be a more important pro-town role though, I agree fully with that bit.

what I do not see, is why anyone would say "even if he is a townie, we should kill him", how does that benefit the town? it benefits the mafia as we make there job easier in fact...

The point is, we (or, rather, I) think he's mafia, not town. But we know that, in the case he's town, his role is less useful than others.

so, you are happy to take that risk? granted its a risk with lynching anyone, but on the first day that risk is even higher, factor in hatmoza normally playing like this, that risk goes higher again, tell me what brings that risk down, if you give me enough things that do, I will consider voting hatmoza

so far I only have 1, his over defensiveness earlier in the game, that said, plenty of people have done that in the past and turned out both pro and anti town

Going with that way of thinking, you'd never lynch anyone, ever. No, I'm not sure hatmoza is mafia, I can't be ever, but if you lynched only when you're 100% sure, almost every night would end with No Lynch. I don't know what do you need, and I'm not trying to swing your vote (nor care to), I already said why I think hatmoza is mafia, and why even if he isn't mafia his loss isn't a huge blow for the town at all, if that's enough for you, you can vote him, if it's not, find someone else who you think it's suspicious.

^ I'm sorry, who are you? :P
you are bandwagonning me, and this being your first game, I'd like to advise you that's not going to look good for you and the others if I do get lynched and turn up town.

You have yourself in too high esteem. Please explain how your loss, if you're townie as you claim to be, would be a huge blow

you basically don't care if you lynch a town. Need I say more.

Probably, but like I said, everyone is being wary in the first days. The more veteran ones are analyzing based on previous trends, i'm analyzing from what i've seen so far.
As this is my first game, I'll probably screw up, but I want to learn as well, and your coming off too defensive.
You may be actually town and you're just acting up your part, but every actor knows that there are proper timings to do so, not goble up the stage every chance that they get.
My vote still stands

Claiming pro-town is basically useless since everyone assumes a pro-town facade whether they're town, mafia or SK, the only way it would be useful is for a lie detector. Therefore, I don't know why you claimed pro-town

I never forced you to roleclaim v. townie (last time I did that I was almost lynched for that), and again it was unnecessary, you had how many votes? Never mind the fact that claiming v. townie is useless itself

Again, No shit! Thus the joke. Would it have made me less scum if I had talked about Chuck Norris?

Your style is completely different than usual. You are being Captain obvious this game when you usually have better analysis.

Funny, every time I play I'm criticized that "this is not your style". I wonder what my style really is if in every game I'm blamed for not being true to it

Ok, so scumhunting is ok, but figuring out who isn't also leads to them getting lynched?

So basically, based on trends by more veteran members here, everyone is taking a "it isn't me" stand.

I can't account for much, since I barely know how to handle myself in here, but I've seen too many activity here, especially from some people who are trying too hard to look innocent. I don't know about previous behaviours, so I'm taking leaps of judgment based on what i've seen so far.

That being said, I base my vote on lynching Hatmoza for now. He may do this in every game, but such a defensive behaviour means that either he's trying to confuse us or he's trying too hard to get credited this early in the game.

Who are these people of which you speak?

Based on what i'm judging so far, pretty much everyone, even me.

That being said, there are degrees of defensiveness, at least on my scale, which has been tipped to the side i've just voted.
